Working with the Washington office, Sophia will focus on development opportunities, strategic partnerships and relationship-driven growth throughout Coastal North Carolina.
A real estate broker since 2000, Sophia brings more than two decades of experience spanning luxury real estate, residential development, hospitality, sales, marketing and brand leadership. Her career includes executive leadership with The Ritz-Carlton and more than a decade of experience in sales, development and marketing within the semi-custom and luxury residential construction industry.
Raised in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Sophia understands the unique needs of coastal and lifestyle-driven real estate markets. She is also an Owner and Partner of SeaGlass South Carolina, where she has helped grow the company’s Lowcountry presence while developing relationships among buyers, sellers, builders, developers and real estate professionals.
In her new role with SumnerBaird | SeaGlass, Sophia will help identify development opportunities, cultivate strategic relationships and support the company’s continued growth across its North Carolina markets.
