ATLANTA, Sept. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — CharterUP, North America’s leading enterprise mobility platform and marketplace for bus and shuttle transportation, today announced the appointment of Joshua Trott as Chief Revenue Officer and Kristin Lavigne as General Manager of Marketplace. Trott brings extensive experience building high-performing go-to-market organizations and accelerating enterprise growth, while Lavigne brings deep expertise in building and scaling AI-powered marketplace products and operations.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Trott will lead CharterUP’s go-to-market and revenue functions at a pivotal moment of tremendous growth for the company’s enterprise business. He will focus on acquiring new customers, expanding strategic accounts, and accelerating momentum across CharterUP’s two fastest-growing segments: enterprise and transit. As General Manager of Marketplace, Lavigne will lead the evolution of CharterUP’s AI-powered marketplace, bringing together product, commercial, and operational strategy to embed AI throughout the customer and operator experience, expand intelligent self-service capabilities, and build a faster, smarter, and more efficient platform at scale.

Lavigne joins CharterUP from Amazon, where she most recently served as GM of Worldwide Gift Registries across 12 global marketplaces. During her decade-long tenure, she held product and business leadership roles spanning consumer marketplaces, logistics, and large-scale platform transformation.
