Leading Fintech executive will help lead growth, scale execution, and strengthen client impact across Allocore’s portfolio
ARLINGTON, VA, UNITED STATES, August 25, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Allocore, a leading provider of technology supporting government lending and financial programs, today announced that Sara Parrish has joined the company as Managing Director. Parrish will help lead the expansion of Allocore’s lending operations center, which combines technology, lending expertise, and operational support for complex government credit programs. Ms. Parrish will also help drive growth initiatives across their expanding portfolio of public sector clients.
“Sara has deep experience across both federal and private-sector lending,” said Bill Webner, CEO of Allocore. “She knows how to build strong operations, scale complex lending programs, and lead high-performing teams. That experience will be invaluable as we expand what Allocore can deliver for government agencies.”
Parrish brings two decades of experience leading organizations across the private and public sectors. Before joining Allocore, Ms. Parrish served as President and CEO of CampusDoor, a fintech provider of loan origination technology and program management services for banks, credit unions, and educational institutions. She led the company through significant growth and operational improvement – supporting many of the largest lenders in the United States.
Parrish also previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Incenter Lender Services, overseeing shared services, enterprise operations, and strategic initiatives across its portfolio of businesses.
“What drew me to Allocore is the combination of strong platform technology and real lending operations,” said Parrish. “Government agencies need both to run complex credit programs well. Allocore has built a model that brings those capabilities together, and I’m excited to help scale it.”
“We have an exceptional opportunity to help agencies deliver critical programs faster, more securely, and with greater integrity.”
Parrish chairs the boards of New Cumberland Federal Credit Union and the York County Economic Alliance. She holds degrees from Duquesne University and Ursinus College.
